Armagh Integrated College Fun Day 
We are having a Fun Day on The Mall on 25th June 2005 from 1pm - 5pm
This is a cross community event with fun and games for the whole family.

THE MARKET PLACE THEATRE

  • Tom Thumb
    A story all about playing and having fun. Tom does this better than anybody as he stays one tiny step ahead to save his brothers from mum, dad and the monster.
    Performances: Saturday 25th Jun 2005 - One Night Only at 1pm & 4pm. Ticket Prices: £4 (performance only), £6 (including workshop)
  • One Night Of Shakespeare
    100 Theatres, 400 Schools, 10,000 Performers. The Market Place Theatre and four local schools are part of a unique event staged by the BBC and the Shakespeare Schools Festival across the UK. 400 Schools will perform abridged Shakespeare plays simultaneously in 100 theatres.
    Performances: Sunday 3rd Jul 2005 - One Night Only at 7.00pm. Ticket Prices: £7 & £5 (concession) £4 (under 18's)
  • Thor's Magic Hammer - Stories Of The Norseman
    Gather round and hear the stories of Odin, the King of the gods, Thor and his mighty hammer, and Loki - the shape changer, adventurer and mischief maker.
    Performances: Saturday 16th Jul 2005 - One Night Only at 1pm & 3pm. Ticket Prices: All seats £4
  • The Witchin' Well
    'The Witchin Well' is an other-worldly fairy tale by Joe Brennan - one of Ireland's leading storytellers. Like all good fairy stories, this one is populated by strange creatures, giants, badly behaved children and, of course, the evil witch.
    Performances: Saturday 23rd Jul 2005 - One Night Only at 2pm & 4pm. Ticket Prices: All seats £4
  • The John Hewitt International Summer School
    The 2005 John Hewitt International Summer School brings together writers and artists, poets and politicians, musicians and academics, to share in art, literature, drama, music, creativity, discussion and debate, and to reflect on how we might remember our pasts and adjust to our new and uncomfortable inheritances.
    Performances: Monday 25th Jul 2005 to Saturday 30th Jul 2005. Ticket Prices: Week £150, Day £30, Session £5
  • The J2O Adults Only Comedy Night
    Prior to their appearance at The Edinburgh Festival, Armagh audiences have a chance to hear three of Ireland's top comedy acts, including David O'Doherty and Neil Delamere, perform their new Festival material.
    Performances: Saturday 30th Jul 2005 - One Night Only at 8.30pm. Ticket Prices: All seats £11
